Colours of prints vs images online

What you see on screen may not always match exactly what you get in print, since what you see depends on your screen settings. We’ve run tests with the printer and the colours in their prints are as we intend them to be.
Discrepancies in colour between your screen and the print are not a valid reason for a refund, unless something went very obviously very wrong (see ‘Damage and misprints’ below).

Estimated delivery times are 6-15 business days, depending on location.
Due to unforeseen circumstances it may take longer (we are really an I, so should we ever get run over by a bus we might take a few days more).
If delivery time exceeds 25 business days, you will be fully reimbursed and may keep your order. But let’s all hope the buses keep missing us.
Once your order has left the printer, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information to follow further progress.

Import duties

For certain countries additional customs charges or import duties may apply. If so, they will have to be paid by the recipient, and not Deconstruction Art.

Because our prints are made to order and our shop clearly shows what you may expect, we cannot offer refunds once our printer has started printing -usually within a day of your order.
In case of damage or misprint we will offer a replacement.

Damage and misprints

If upon delivery you notice external damage to the package, you should not accept it and have it returned to sender. Then, please contact us immediately, so that we can arrange a replacement. It is helpful if you can e-mail photographic documentation of the damage.
If you have already unpacked the work before you notice damage or clear printing errors, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep the original packaging in case a return is necessary.

Deconstruction Art reserves the right to limit the number of products sold per customer.

Deconstruction Art is in no way liable for any damage, death or injury resulting from its products.
For instance: If people get terribly inspired by our products and decide to do some deconstructing themselves, but damage property or hurt themselves or others, that’s not our fault.
We do encourage you to try deconstruction, but please have some common sense and be safe.
